Give it a go

Have a go at the Chain Ferry Challenge yourself, but not before the founding team has tried it!  Perhaps you can beat our time and claim the record for yourself.  Make sure to tell us about your attempt at the email address below.

The rules

1. The clock starts when the first ferry begins moving on the first crossing, and stops when the ferry stops moving on the last crossing (or the logged departure and arrival time).

2. Traffic laws and speed limits must be obeyed.

3. Crossings must be completed on all the seven chain ferry routes.  The direction of travel doesn't matter.

4. Use an electric car, and the same one must be used for each crossing (no prepositioning charged cars to avoid charging time).

5. Raise money for a good cause!
