We will be raising money for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), the suicide prevention charity.   CALM is a national charity dedicated to preventing male suicide by helping men who are down or in crisis, promoting culture change so that any man considering suicide feels able to seek help, and campaigning for better understanding of suicide and prevention. 

Every day, on average 18 people lose their lives to suicide in the UK, and it is the biggest killer of British men under 45.  Every month, CALM takes 28,000 calls on its helpline: 0800 58 58 58.
